Latest news....4/8/11 year anniversary of being Floridians

Hey everyone! What has Emery been up too? Well Emery and Mommy are sad since Colby had to leave us from babysitting. And now I believe that the lil girl Brianna is not coming back. (no word from parents? sad huh?) But never the less we had a good week last week. Emery and Mommy spent it pretty under the weather but we still made it! We ventured out 3 times to the Alligator pond (AKA Lake Kathleen at the Roman Catholic church down the street.)

Saturday 4/9 Daddy took us to the park and we fed the ducks. Well lets say we tried, stupid seagulls!!

Then on Sunday 4/10 Emery and Mommy attended church. Emery made a cool art picture (out of paint, using things from nature...leaves, Spanish moss, and twigs) for earth month!! Later that evening there was to be an egg hunt at 6pm. Well let's just say we drove 25minutes to not find it? Lucky for us we spotted the "Everyday Sun Down Festival @ Pier 60" at Clearwater Beach. We walked out onto the pier and hung out with a Pelican and saw the Dolphins! All and all it was a great week and weekend! We love and miss you all!!! <3

Lowry Park Zoo Tampa, FL March 19th Part 1

Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa Florida this is only part of the zoo's exhibits. We plan to return to see lots more animals. We made it in time for the night time Dinosaur exhibit! Yes! Animatronic Dinosaurs... they are only there for a limited time. So we are very grateful to have visited while they were there.

This just end: when asked "What will you do when you turn 3 years old Emery J?" He replied, "Eat Dinosaur Cake!" --Oh and it has to be a T-Rex.

"Emery Shenanigans"

**Emery is almost completely potty trained now. He still has occasional night accidents, but hey he is getting it! Oh and every time he poops, he says it looks like a different animal (GiGi I know you are laughing at that!) :) **

Shenanigans

Here are some funny things Emery has said in the past few days...

1. (Ok so I hate shoes on in the house.) April says "Emery, why are those boots still on?" (He knows those boots should be off at the door!) Emery says "Cause I am wearing them."

2. Emery was enjoying a lollipop when he asked to look at his dinosaur books from the library. "No Emery you have sticky hands, wait til your done." "Ok mommy." He waits a minute, tells me he is all done. Take him into the bathroom to wash up the sticky mess...thinking he seems extra sticky I wash his face. I start to clean his hands and he says "Oh mommy get my feet too." "What why your feet? Emery?" "I am sticky like Spiderman!" "EMERY what?" "Mommy I got sticky feet and hands like Spiderman and Gecko!" Oh man did he ever! He had taken the sucker rubbed it on the bottoms of his feet. All around on his hands and face! Ugh how can you get mad when he had a good idea?? HAHAHAHA!

3. And today at the park...was just another Emery moment. He must have realized that when he yells "mom" "mommy" that all the other moms come running. So of course he is on top of that..."APRIL WHERE ARE YOU??" "April run with me, April slide..." He is just to darn big for his britches! This has been an on going thing since he could talk. So I am not surprised when I hear my name come out of him. HAHA. He wanted to show his dad something the other day and all I heard was "James, James are you listening to me? James look at me!" Wow I thought he is going to be 3 not 13!

I am sure there are lots more I just can't remember them all!!
